Terms and Conditions

All payments to NRE Wood are subject to the following conditions:

Payment Policy

  1. Payment Requirement: All orders placed with NRE Wood must be made in full upon receipt of an invoice. Orders will only be confirmed and processed once full payment and been received and verified
  2. Payment Method: Payment can be made by Bank Transfer. Details for transfer will be on the invoice.
  3. Currency and International Payments: All prices are in £GBP. Payments can also be made in Euros and USD. Invoices will be made on the exchange rate of that day if not paying in £GBP.
  4. Euros and USD exchange rate fees, currency conversion fees and bank charges will be added to the invoice.
  5. Order Confirmation: Once payment has been received in full, you will receive confirmation by email for the estimated delivery schedule.

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Responsibility: All orders are shipped at the customer’s expense, tracking included. Shipping can be by air or land. Once the customer has decided on a shipping method a quote will be issued. Shipping cost to be given prior to order.
  2. The customer will be given the option to insure the goods for shipping, if insurance is required the cost will be added to the shipping quote.
  3. All measures will be taken to ensure timely dispatch. However, there is no liability for shipping delays, damages or loses beyond control including but not limited to:
    1. Natural disasters
    2. Acts of government authorities
    3. Fires, floods or severe weather
    4. Strikes, lockouts or embargoes
    5. Acts of God or unforeseen events
  4. International Shipments: For international shipments the customer is responsible for any additional custom duties, taxes or import fees on arrival in the destination country. NRE Wood does not handle international custom processes and any delays or costs associated with customs clearance are the customers responsibility.

Packaging

  1. All items will be packed usually in plywood boxes so as to minimise any damage. The costs of plywood boxes and associated packaging will be given prior to any orders so the customer will know packaging costs beforehand.
